On-Campus Recruitment Drive of Learning Routes Pvt. Ltd.
The Training, Placement & Industry Interface Department of Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut, successfully conducted an On-Campus Recruitment Drive in collaboration with Learning Routes Pvt. Ltd. on 25th Sep 2026. More than 100 students from various courses participated in the drive, which began with a Pre-Placement Talk introducing the company, its growth, the roles on offer, and career opportunities. This was followed by an intensive Group Discussion (GD) Round and a Personal Interview (PI) Round, where candidates were assessed on their subject knowledge, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. After a rigorous evaluation, 3 students were finally selected at the package of 5.70 LPA.
Congratulating the selected students, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Dr. VK Mittal and Hon’ble CEO madam Dr. Shalya Raj appreciated their achievement, extended their best wishes for the future, and encouraged all students to keep strengthening their technical and interview skills. Director Placement Mr. Sudhir Sharma also congratulated the selected candidates and emphasized the department’s continuous efforts to provide students with the right platform, guidance, and exposure to achieve their career goals.
