The Mobiloitte On-campus recruitment drive was conducted by the Training and Placement Department of Subharti University.

During the recruitment drive, the company scrounged for talented students who can join their team of professionals. Many candidates attended the drive to test their Mettle and placed with the reputed firm.
The students were given an opportunity to undergo a training program initially which would help them to be better prepared to work in the company as a full time employee. The program was conducted by the company’s HR team. The students were given an overview of the company and its various products and services. They were also given a presentation on the various job roles and the skills required for each role. The students were given an opportunity to ask questions and clarify their doubts.
After the presentation, the students were asked to fill up an application form and submit their resumes. The selection process will be based on the resume and the performance in the interview. After various rounds like Aptitude Tests, Technical skill tests and final HR Round the company Selected 18 students from the University.
