Orientation Program
Department of Paramedical Sciences

An Orientation program was organized in the Department of Paramedical Sciences on 31st July 2023 (Monday), in which all newly admitted students in session 2023-24 were welcomed and informed about various facilities of the Department and University. The program was inaugurated by Prof. (Dr.) Pankaj Kishor Mishra, Head of Department, and other faculty members of the Department of Paramedical Sciences by lighting the lamp and Saraswati Vandana.
Prof. (Dr.) Pankaj Kishor Mishra addressed all the gathering and motivated about how to achieve goals, punctuality, dedication and commitment apart from a lesion of discipline. Dr. Umesh Kumar (Associate Professor), Dr. Anshu Kumar Singh (Associate Professor), and Dr. R. K. Manik (Assistant Professor) also expressed their views before students on generating belongingness towards the department and university.
The program was coordinated by Dr. Meenakshi Mishra, Associate Professor and Ms. Yashika Bhardwaj, Assistant Professor. On this occasion, senior students participated in various cultural activities like singing, shayari, dance and this made the atmosphere charming.
On this occasion, meritorious certificates were distributed to the best performing students in the academic year 2022-23. Those students who have received the certificate felt proud and accomplished by their hard work. The event was concluded with a vote of thanks by Prof. (Dr.) Pankaj Kishor Mishra, Head of Department, thanking Teaching faculty, students, and Non non-teaching staff for their participation.
Overall, the event was a huge success and it helped create a positive and welcoming environment for new students.
