Anokhi Club in collaboration with Hindustan times and Singer sewing machine organized a special creative and inspirational afternoon on 26 August 2026 at Hotel Harmony Inn, Meerut, celebrating creativity, stitching, embroidery, fashion, handicrafts, and Waste-to-Wonder art. The event provided an excellent platform for participants to showcase their creativity, learn new skills, and interact with creative experts. A total of 21 students from the Fashion and Textile Department of Swami Vivekanand Subharti University actively participated in the event. The students enthusiastically took part in various creative activities and competitions organized during the programme.
Their participation provided them with valuable practical exposure to fashion, stitching, embroidery, creative design, sustainable practices, and presentation skills. The students demonstrated remarkable creativity, confidence, teamwork, and professional skills throughout the event. The participation of 21 Fashion Design students of Swami Vivekanand Subharti University in the Anokhi Club event was highly successful and enriching. The students not only actively participated in the creative activities but also won prizes in different competitions, demonstrating their talent and dedication.
The event served as an excellent opportunity for experiential learning and encouraged students to explore creativity, sustainability, innovation, and entrepreneurship in the field of fashion and design.
