“Pharma Anveshan–2025”
Kharvel Subharti College of Pharmacy, Meerut successfully organized the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) Sponsored National Conference “Pharma Anveshan–2025” on 6th March 2025, commemorating National Pharmacy Education Day in the memory of Late Dr. M.L. Schroff, the Father of Indian Pharmacy Education. The theme of the event was “Entrepreneurship & Startups in Pharma and Pharmacy Practice: Encouraging Innovation, Incubation Centers, and Pharmaceutical Startups.”
This academic conclave was held as per the guidelines of the PCI, New Delhi, and witnessed the enthusiastic participation of over 300 delegates including deans, principals, teachers, researchers, and UG/PG students. The event was inaugurated with the blessings of Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Maj. Gen. Dr. G.K. Thapliyal and addressed by eminent dignitaries such as Dr. Krishna Murty (EO, SVSU), Dr. Vibhu Sahni (Chairman, PCI Finance Committee) and Dr. Deependra Singh (ERC Chairman, PCI).
The conference was structured into three main segments – the inaugural session, scientific lectures, and poster presentation followed by a panel discussion and valedictory session. Guest lectures were delivered by renowned experts like Dr. Kajal Kiran, Dr. Vaibhav Goel Bhartiya, Dr. Robin Kumar, and Dr. Javed Ali, focusing on pharmacovigilance, AI in pharma, legal aspects of startups, and PCI’s role in healthcare improvement.
Poster presentation was evaluated under the coordination of Dr. Vikrant Verma and Dr. Varsha Raj, while the panel discussion was managed by Mr. Prasanji Paul with participation from 9 resource persons across the industry.
The event was coordinated by Dr. Lubhan Singh (Coordinator, Pharma Anveshan–2025) and Dr. Rupesh Kumar Pandey (Co-Coordinator), whose dedicated leadership, along with the support of faculty, staff, and students, made Pharma Anveshan–2025 a resounding success.
