The Jyotirao Phule Subharti College of Physiotherapy, SVSU, annually conducts its sports event, the “PHYSIOZEST 2025-26,” as an integral component of its co-curricular activities. This year, the event, held on February 04th and 05st , 2026, was meticulously organized by the BPT Batch-2022, under the Guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Amit Goel ( Officiating Principal) and supervision of Sports Coordinators Dr. Surandar Kumar and Dr. Blessy Raju. The venue included the General Mohan Singh Subharti Playground, Gyani Preetam Singh Subharti Playground, and Kotnis Boys’ Hostel.
The esteemed Chief Guest, Prof. (Dr.) Amit Goel, JPSCP, SVSU, was accorded recognition with a planter and memento by the Dr. Danish Nouman (Associate Professor) JPSCP, SVSU. The inaugural proceedings featured the National Anthem, Folk dance, and Zumba dance. The Deputy Commandant commenced the first event, the 4x100m Relay race, at 11:30 a.m., attracting the participation of around 300 students. Motivational speeches were delivered by the Chief Guest.
On the first day, after the inauguration on February 04th, 2026, students from the four batches ( 2022,2023,2024,2025) engaged in various sports events, including Relay races, 100 meters race, Volleyball, Long jump, Cricket, and Discus Throw. Day-2 witnessed events such as Badminton (Singles, Doubles, and Mixed doubles), Chess, Carom, and Arm wrestling, with faculty members actively participating in sports like Cricket, & Badminton.
The medal ceremony, held on Day-2 at 4:00 p.m., saw participants being lauded with medals and certificates. The overall winner was (BPT Batch 2022) earning the Women of the Match title and Shuani malik (BPT Batch-2022) receiving the man of the Match recognition from Vishal Kumar Gupta(BPT-2024).
