The Rahul Sankrityayan Subharti School of Linguistics & Foreign Languages (Department of Languages), FASS successfully organised a Poster Making Competition to commemorate Constitution Day on 27 November 2025. The event aimed to deepen students’ understanding of the Indian Constitution through creative expression and visual storytelling.
The session began with a brief yet insightful introduction by Dr.Seema Sharma, Head, Department of Languages, highlighting the historical significance of 26 November 1949, the visionary role of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, and the core ideals of the Constitution—justice, liberty, equality, and fraternity. Students were encouraged to view the Constitution not merely as a legal document but as a living embodiment of India’s democratic spirit.
The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from students including Samiya, ChhaviTyagi, Khushi, JyotiChaudhary, Yashika Raj, Bhumi, Fahad, Anshu,Atuland others. With vibrant colours, meaningful symbols, and thoughtful themes, the posters creatively depicted the Preamble, Fundamental Rights and Duties, social harmony, national unity, and the spirit of democracy.
Many students incorporated images of Dr. Ambedkar, Lady Justice, and artistic interpretations of constitutional values. The activity provided participants an opportunity to reflect deeply on the relevance of the Constitution in everyday life.
A panel of faculty members evaluated the posters based on creativity, originality, thematic clarity, and visual appeal.

Their guidance enriched the learning environment and motivated students throughout the competition.
