In a landmark achievement for Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Prof. (Dr.) Pankaj Kishore Mishra, Principal of the Subharti College of Allied and Healthcare Sciences, has been nominated by the Government of Uttar Pradesh as a founder member of the newly constituted Uttar Pradesh State Allied and Healthcare Council (UPSAHC).
The nomination, issued via an Office Memorandum dated April 9, 2026, places Prof. Mishra in the “Medical Laboratory and Life Sciences Professional” category under Section 22(3)(e) of the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions Act, 2021. As a founder member, he will be contributing his expertise to the regulation and advancement of allied healthcare professions across the state.
