“Skill development program on Cupping”
- Maharishi Aurobindo College and Hospital of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut, organized an “Skill development program on Cupping” on 1st December 2025 at 12:00 PM– 1:00 PM, In Naturopathy and Yoga IPD for the all the interns and postgraduate students of MASCHNYS.

A training session on cupping therapy covered various types and techniques of the practice. The resource person systematically introduced each type of cupping, detailing the step-by-step procedures, specific movements, essential precautions, indications, and contraindications. Participants were given hands-on opportunities to perform each method, under the instructor’s demonstration and supervision.
Small group activities allowed participants to practice cupping therapy on one another, with the trainer providing guidance and correcting common mistakes to ensure accuracy. The interactive workshop encouraged questions and open feedback, creating an engaging environment. Participants rotated between practicing and observing roles, which promoted collaborative learning and skill development.
