Report - 08th Sardar Patel Subharti Moot Court Competition-2023 Focused Area:- The main focused area of Moot Court Competition was - Executive power exercised by the  President in granting pardon and Judicial Review of Presidential power of pardon. It involves  the examination of the powers and procedures related to the grant of pardons by the President
