Dr. Rakhi Kumari, Head, Department of Personality Development and a distinguished faculty of Subharti College of Management and Commerce, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, was honored to serve as an Expert Resource Person for the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC)-sponsored Training Programme conducted at the Rapid Action Force Academy for Public Order (RAPO), RAF, Meerut, on 1st July 2026.
During the programme, she delivered two comprehensive and interactive sessions on the theme of Human Rights, focusing on:
- Rights of Women: Constitutional and Legal Framework, with special emphasis on Gender-Sensitive Policing.
- Rights of Children: Juvenile Justice, the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, and the National and International Child Rights Framework.
The sessions witnessed active participation from CRPF officers ranging from the rank of “Inspector to Deputy Commandant”.
