1. The Objective of the Activity

The primary objective of the workshop was to enhance the practical and creative skills of hospitality students through live demonstrations and hands-on experience in the areas of fruit carving, towel art, and bartending. The workshop aimed to bridge academic learning with real-world industry practices by engaging students in sessions conducted by experienced professionals.

2. Description

The Two-Day Workshop was conducted at Bhikaji Cama Subharti College of Hotel Management and included three major modules:

  • Fruit Carving Led by Chef Sunil Rawat from The Mars Resorts on 10th April 2025.
  • Towel Art – Conducted by Mr. Vishal, Assistant Housekeeping Manager, The Mars Resorts on 10th April 2025.
  • Bartending Demonstrated by Mr. Ravi Verma, Bar Executive from The Imperial Hotel, New Delhi on 11th April 2025.

Each session included theoretical insight, practical demonstrations, and student participation to ensure skill acquisition and creative learning.
