Report on TNAI Visit

Panna Dhai Maa Subharti Nursing College successfully organized an educational visit to the Trained Nurses’ Association of India offices at Delhi and Noida for B.Sc. Nursing 6th semester students. More than 50 students participated in the visit along with faculty members Mrs. Priya Bhardwaj, Nursing Tutor, and Mr. Naseem, Nursing Tutor. The visit was organized under the valuable guidance and support of Dr. Geeta Parwanda Ma’am, Principal, PDMSNC.

The visit aimed to enhance professional knowledge, strengthen leadership qualities, and provide exposure to the activities and opportunities offered by professional nursing organizations. During the visit, informative and interactive sessions were conducted by experienced professionals and representatives of TNAI. The discussions focused on various important aspects of the nursing profession, including professional development, advancements in nursing education, leadership skills, ethical practices, and future career opportunities for nursing students.

The sessions provided valuable guidance and encouraged participants to actively contribute toward the growth and advancement of the nursing profession. Students and faculty members gained deeper insight into the role of professional organizations in supporting nurses and promoting quality healthcare services. The visit proved to be highly motivating, educational, and enriching for all participants. Everyone appreciated the opportunity to interact with experts and learn about the importance of professional engagement in nursing. The programme concluded successfully with positive feedback from students and faculty members.
