On the 15th of September 2021, a carrier guidance webinar was organized under the guidance of Dr. Geeta Parwanda, Dean / Principal, Panna Dhai Maa subharti Nursing College. Dr. Mrinalini Bakshi, Product manager, Diginerve, Jaypee brother’s medical publishers were the guest speaker for the webinar and the beneficiaries were Final Year students of B.Sc. Nursing, P.B.B.Sc. Nursing and GNM students. The undermentioned topics were emphasized by the guest speaker:
- Courses that can be pursued after basic BSc nursing courses
- Carrier options in India and abroad
- how to prepare for the position of nursing officer in government sector
More than 120 students registered, attended, and benefitted from the webinar. The queries of the students were also addressed in a reasonable manner. The webinar was moderated by Mrs. Shaheen Akhtar Khan, Associate professor, Department of Community health nursing, PDMSNC, SVSU.
