“WORLD EARTH DAY 2023”
On April 21 2023, Nature Nurtures- ECO CLUB, AVGSCMC in collaboration with University Environment Committee, celebrated the WORLD EARTH DAY 2023 Wherein a talk on importance of conservation & poster making competition were conducted. Prof. (Dr) R.K. Ghai, Dean & Director –AVGSCMC, addressed the students and faculty about Earth Day, celebrated every year on April 22 to spread awareness about issues, including the rampant increase in pollution, global warming, and deforestation, which harm the environment and result in the destruction of the planet. Countries from all over the world come together to raise awareness about the dire need to protect our environment. Certificates of merit & participation were given away to the participating students.
