The event of World Bicycle Day was celebrated by the Department of Physical Education, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut to commemorate the 75th Amrit Mahotsav of Independence on 03rd June 2022.
This program was conducted under the leadership of Professor Dr. Sandeep Kumar, Head of the Department of Physical Education and Dean, Faculty of Education. He gave the message that cycling is very important to stay healthy and gave detailed information to everyone about the physical and mental benefits of cycling.
The Bicycle rally started at the Faculty of Education and covered several routes of Subhartipuram to give the message for using the Cycle in daily routine for better health and fitness of an individual. On this occasion, Dr. Manju Adhikari, Academic Coordinator, Dr. Atul Kumar Tiwari, the charge of the event, and all the faculty members with students of the Department participated enthusiastically.
