AVGSCMC successfully organized an Alumni Guest Lecture on 27th August 2026 with the objective of strengthening academic–industry linkages and providing students with practical insights into contemporary Human Resource practices and emerging recruitment trends.
The session was delivered by Ms. Mahak Singhal, Alumna, AVGSCMC and HR Executive – Talent Acquisition, who shared her valuable professional experience and strategic insights on the topic “AI and Digital Transformation in Talent Acquisition: Strategies for Modern Recruitment.”
The alumna was formally welcomed online by Dr. Rakhi Kumari, Alumni In-Charge and Convener of the Programme. The session highlighted the growing significance of Artificial Intelligence and digital technologies in transforming talent acquisition practices and provided students with an understanding of modern, technology-driven recruitment strategies, with active participation from the students of AVGSCMC.
