MASCHNYS Participates in IYA SANGOSHTI 2026 – 7th National Conclave
Maharishi Aurobindo Subharti College & Hospital of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (MASCHNYS), Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, proudly participated in IYA SANGOSHTI 2026 – the 7th National Conclave of the Indian Yoga Association, held on 12–13 September 2026 at Adhyatm Sadhna Kendra, Chhatarpur, New Delhi.
A delegation of 53 UG and PG students, accompanied by faculty members Dr. Shivaji Vilas Chobe, Dr. Smriti Goswami, and Dr. Gaurav Pathak, attended the two-day national conclave. The event brought together eminent experts, academicians, researchers, yoga professionals, and practitioners from across the country, providing an enriching platform for academic interaction and knowledge exchange.
The conclave focused on the evolving role of Yoga in contemporary healthcare and society, with discussions covering scientific research in Yoga, yogic philosophy, spiritual practices, wellness, innovation, professional development, and the integration of traditional yogic wisdom with modern scientific perspectives.
For the students, participation in the conclave offered valuable learning beyond the classroom. It enabled them to gain exposure to current developments in Yoga and holistic health, interact with professionals from diverse institutions, and understand the growing importance of evidence-based approaches in Yoga and healthcare.
The participation of the MASCHNYS delegation reflects the institution’s commitment to academic enrichment, experiential learning, professional development, and the promotion of Yoga and holistic health education. The two-day conclave proved to be an inspiring and enriching experience, broadening the students’ and faculty members’ understanding of the contemporary relevance and future possibilities of Yoga in healthcare, education, research, and community well-being.
