Faculty of Engineering & Technology under Internal Complaint Committee on women harassment at workplaceCell organized a session on “Awareness programme on Sexual Harassment of women at Workplace”delivered by Dr. ANJALI KHARE, Professor, SMC on 7th December 2022.The session started by introducing keynote speaker by Dr. Aruna Bansal, Associate Professor Electronics & Communication Engineering Department.
The speaker addressed all the beneficiaries act related to Sexual Harassment of women at Workplace. She highlighted the importance of act and aware all the teachers and non teaching staff to protect our self at workplace The objective of the programme was to aware the working women’s about the The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 is a legislative act in India that seeks to protect women from sexual harassment at their place of work.
The event was organized successfully under the supervision of Dr. ManojKapil, Dean of Faculty of Engineering & Technology with all the sincere efforts of Er. Ritu Sharma and Er. Priyanka Saini, from Faculty of Engineering & Technology and committee members of Internal Complaint Committee on women harassment at workplaceCell of Faculty of Engineering & Technology.
