ACTIVITY REPORT
On the auspicious occasion of the Lamp Lighting and Oath Taking Ceremony, Panna Dhai Maa Subharti Nursing College successfully organized a Hand-Made Model and Project Competition under the Best Out of Waste Club initiative. The event aimed to promote creativity, sustainability, and resourcefulness among nursing students while raising awareness about eco-friendly practices.
The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from nursing students across all batches. Participants were tasked with creating hand-made models and innovative items using hospital waste materials, demonstrating their creativity and commitment to recycling and waste management. The competition was judged by Lt. Col. Sindhu from the Military Hospital, Meerut and Prof. Ayushi from LLRM College of Nursing.
The students showcased an array of exceptional models and items that combined utility, aesthetic appeal, and eco-consciousness. The judges evaluated the entries based on creativity, relevance, utility, and presentation.
The event was a grand success, reflecting the innovative spirit of the students and their dedication to sustainable practices. The judges commended the participants for their exceptional efforts and shared valuable insights on the importance of resource management in healthcare settings.
The program was successfully organized by Mrs. Saroj Rani Associate Professor, Child Health Nursing Department and Mrs. Khushboo Rani Associate professor, Community Health Nursing Department under the guidance of Dr. Geeta Parwanda, Principal, Panna Dhai Maa Subharti Nursing College Meerut.
