Subharti College of Management & Commerce under the Faculty of Management & Commerce organized a counseling session on “Career Options Available in Emerging Industries” for Management & Commerce students on 23.03.2022.
Mr. Satish Anand, Life Skills Trainer, Career Labs, Bengaluru was the resource person. He shared the current status of employability in the private sectors in India and requisite attributes expected in the job incumbents by the organizations. In the era of stiff competition, one has to present and showcase one’s capabilities in a very short time of an interview thereby standardized techniques and tactics were told by the resource person to students to present themselves suitably before the selection board.
Students seemed to be highly satisfied to learn some presentable skills to show their X factor. The attendee students termed the session as an Informative and Interesting career session.

Ghai threw light on the importance of such career sessions in building a bright career for the budding professionals and extended his gratitude to the progressive and pragmatic Management of the University to encourage conducting such developmental activities for the youth of the Nation.
