The Cultural Club of Sardar Patel Subharti Institute of Law organized a commemorative programme to mark the punyatithi of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. Our institute is named in his honour, recognizing his renowned barristerial career, distinguished legal practice and steadfast commitment to justice. Known as the Iron Man of India, the event paid solemn tribute to his pivotal role in integrating over 560 princely states into the Indian Union and reinforced among students the enduring values of national unity, constitutional responsibility and disciplined public service.
Subsequently, students such as Prakarti (B.A.LL.B., 9th Semester) reflected on Patel’s integrity, administrative acumen and his continued relevance to contemporary governance and legal education. Their addresses effectively connected the historical legacy of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel with the ethos of Sardar Patel Subharti Institute of Law.
Towards the end, Ms. Sonal Jain, Facilitator, Cultural Club, delivered the vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to Founder Sir, CEO Ma’am, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Sir, Hon’ble Director, Dean ma’am, Prof. (Dr.) Vaibhav Goel Bharatiya, faculty members, staff and students for their gracious presence and cooperation. The event concluded with a group photograph taken near the statue of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.
