Debate Competition- “Decoding Tomorrow: Navigating the Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Society”-

The Department of Languages at Swami VivekanandSubharti University hosted a debate competition on Artificial Intelligence (AI) in English and Hindi languages on October 16, 2023. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students of the department who eloquently presented their diverse perspectives on the implications of AI.

A notable presence at the event was the Head of the Department, Prof. Tushti Sharma whose support and guidance have been instrumental in steering the academic initiatives within the department. Her dedication to creating platforms for intellectual exchange was evident in the success of the AI debate competition.

Esteemed evaluators, Dr. Rajeshwar Pal Chauhan (Professor) and Dr. Ashish Kumar Deepankar (Assistant Professor) brought a wealth of expertise to the judging panel, ensuring a fair and insightful evaluation of the participants’ arguments. Their discerning judgment added a valuable dimension to the competition.

The program, skillfully coordinated by Dr. Shobha Raturi and Dr. Pooja Gupta, ran seamlessly, fostering an environment conducive to robust discussions on the multifaceted aspects of Artificial Intelligence. The duo’s organizational acumen contributed significantly to the success of the event.
