The Training, Placement and Industry Interface Department, in collaboration with Croma Campus Training & Development Pvt. Ltd., successfully organized a high-impact four-days training session titled Digital Transformation Week, held from 15th to 18th September 2025.
This transformative initiative brought together students from a wide spectrum of academic backgrounds, including technical disciplines such as B.Tech, BCA, MCA, and management streams like B.Com, M.Com, and MBA. The program was designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations, equipping participants with essential skills for the modern professional landscape.
The training consisted of modules like Career Awareness Sessions to guide students on emerging opportunities and career paths. Technical Discussions covering current trends and innovations in the tech industry, technical Assessments to evaluate and enhance core competencies, LinkedIn Profile Management to help students build a strong digital presence and Resume Building workshops focused on crafting impactful and professional resumes. Whereas additional modules aimed at holistic professional development. Based on the performance in the Technical assessment, these candidates will also be provided with job opportunities matching their skillset and knowledge
