Kindly follow the below process to apply for a degree from Subharti University Distance Education.
Fill application form for the Final degree separately.
(Form available on our website).
Submit a fee of Rs. 1500/-.
Enclosed are all necessary documents, listed in the application form.
Paste your recent pp size photograph and self-attach all the documents.
Fill application form for the provisional certificate and Final degree separately. (The application format is the same as for Degree format).
Submit a fee of Rs. 500/-

Please submit a Form for the Consolidated Marksheet.
Submit fee of Rs.1000/-
Enclosed are all mark sheets with Aadhar
card.

Submit a fee of Rs. 500/.
Enclosed are all necessary documents, listed in the application form, the previous original migration/transfer certificate must be submitted for applying migration certificate.

Submit a handwritten application for the duplicate marksheet/certificate
Submit the duplicate marksheet/certificate fee
of Rs. 500/-
Enclosed Original Copy of the FIR for Lost the marksheet/certificate and Submit original Affidavit on stamp paper of Rs. 10 for losing the marksheet/certificate, but if you are applying for duplicate migration, then along with the above documents, you will have to give also newspaper cutting for lost the migration certificate.
You need to send an application with all the required documents. ( Marksheets Photocopy & Adhar card )
A requisite fee for the transcript of Rs. 1000.
You need to collect it in a sealed envelope from the University.
Share reference id from CES/WES
If you want to mail to CES then you need to pay a requisite fee for verification of 1000 rs per document.
Students can send a handwritten application with required documents (10th, 12th & Adhar Card, etc.) and a requisite fee of Rs. 200.
Note: – if a student applies for correction of his/her name after issued marksheet then he will pay a correction fee of Rs. 300/- with original marksheet

- आधार कार्ड के साथ सभी मार्कशीट संलग्न करें।
- अपना हालिया पी0पी आकार का फोटोग्राफ चिपकाएं और सभी दस्तावेजों को स्वयं संलग्न करें।
- माइग्रेशन प्रमाणपत्र के लिए आवेदन पत्र भरें भरें (फॉर्म हमारी वेबसाइट www.subhartidde.com पर उपलब्ध है)
- 500/ रुपये का शुल्क जमा करें।.
- आवेदन पत्र में सूचीबद्ध सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेज संलग्न करें, माइग्रेशन प्रमाणपत्र आवेदन करने के लिए पिछला कॉलेज अथवा विद्यालय का मूल माइग्रेशन /स्थानांतरण प्रमाणपत्र जमा करना होगा।
- अपना हालिया पीपी आकार का फोटोग्राफ चिपकाएं और सभी दस्तावेजों को स्वयं संलग्न करें।
- डुप्लीकेट मार्कशीटप्रमाण पत्र के लिए / हस्तलिखित आवेदन जमा करें
- 500/- रु डुप्लीकेट मार्कशीटसर्टिफिकेट फीस/
- खोई हुई मार्कशीट/प्रमाण पत्र के लिए, मार्कशीट/प्रमाण पत्र गुम होने की पुलिस FIR की मूल प्रति संलग्न करें और 10 रुपये के स्टांप पेपर पर मूल शपथ पत्र जमा करें। लेकिन यदि आप डुप्लीकेट माइग्रेशन के लिए आवेदन कर रहे हैं, तो उपरोक्त दस्तावेजों के साथ, आपको खोए हुए माइग्रेशन सर्टिफिकेट के लिए न्यूज पेपर कटिंग भी देनी होगी।
- आपको सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेजों के साथ एक आवेदन भेजना होगा।
- 500/- रुपये की प्रतिलेख की आवश्यक शुल्क।
- आपको इसे विश्वविद्यालय से सीलबंद लिफाफे के साथ जमा करना होगा।
- सीईएस/डब्ल्यूईएस से संदर्भ आईडी साझा करें
- यदि आप सीईएस को मेल करना चाहते हैं तो आपको सत्यापन के लिए 1000 रुपये प्रति दस्तावेज के लिए एक आवश्यक शुल्क का भुगतान करना होगा।
प्रोफाइल सुधार के लिए छात्र आवश्यक दस्तावेजों (१०, १२ की मार्कशीट और आधार कार्ड) व २०० रुपए शुल्क के साथ एक हस्तलिखित आवेदन भेज सकते है
नोट :- यदि छात्र मार्कशीट जारी होने के बाद अपना नाम, पिता का नाम व माता का नाम सुधार के लिए आवेदन करता है तो वह 300 रुपये का सुधार शुल्क का भुगतान करेगा जारी हुई मूल मार्कशीट के साथ.
ध्यान दें: ।
- फॉर्म को ध्यान से पढ़ें और भरे जाने वाले सभी कॉलम अनिवार्य रूप से भरें।
- छात्र अपने उपरोक्त आवेदन पत्र विश्वविद्यालय को दो तरीकों से जमा कर सकते हैं, एक सीधे विश्वविद्यालय में आकर और दूसरा डाक के माध्यम से भेजकर।
