Dr. Sartaj Ahmad is a Professor of Sociology at Swami Vivekanand Subharti University Meerut UP with teaching experience of more than 25 years. He has written eight books which have been published by the renowned publishing house of the country. He is an author of The Textbook of Sociology (2021), Introductory Sociology (2022), Sociology : An Indian Social System (2022), Principles of Sociology (2023), Textbook of Medical Sociology (2024) and Applied Sociology for nurses(2024).
In 2025, his 8th book “Health Law” was published by University Book House(P) Ltd.Jaipur (Raj). Dr. Rijul Ranjan Associate Professor Dept. of Community Medicine Subharti Medical College and Dr Reena Bishnoi Professor of Sardar Patel Subharti Institute of Law, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University Meerut are Co- authors of the book.
