Report on Parent–Teacher Meeting

The Faculty of Engineering and Technology (FET), Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut, organized a Parent–Teacher Meeting (PTM) on 10th October 2025. The meeting aimed to strengthen the relationship between parents and the institution and to discuss the overall academic performance and progress of students.

The PTM was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Manoj Kapil, Dean and Principal, FET, and Dr. Shravan Kumar Garg, Head of the Department, CSE/IT. Around 35 parents attended the meeting and actively participated in the discussion sessions.

During the meeting, faculty members interacted with parents to share detailed feedback on the students’ academic achievements, attendance, discipline, and participation in co-curricular and extracurricular activities. Parents also shared their valuable suggestions and expressed satisfaction regarding the efforts taken by the faculty for the overall development of their wards.

The session concluded with an assurance to maintain continuous communication between parents and teachers to ensure holistic student development. The faculty appreciated the active involvement of parents and their constructive feedback for further improvement in teaching-learning processes.
