REPORT ON EDUCATIONAL TRIP
An educational visit to Ojas Gyan Kendra cum Spiritual Centre and Library, on 13th of November 2025. was organised by Maharishi Aurobindo Subharti College & Hospital of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences for the 4th-year (Batch 2021) and MD (Batch 2023) as a part of the students’ experiential learning program. The purpose of the visit was to enhance students’ understanding of spiritual education, holistic health practices, and the integration of knowledge, wisdom, and inner growth.
Objectives of the Visit
- To expose students to the environment of a spiritual and educational centre.
- To understand the role of spirituality in education, mental well-being, and holistic development.
- To explore the resources available in the Ojas Library for research and self-study.
- To encourage students to adopt positive values and mindfulness in daily life.
The visit commenced with a warm welcome by the coordinators of Ojas Gyan Kendra. The session began with a brief introduction about the centre’s vision and mission, focusing on the promotion of spiritual knowledge, value-based education, and human excellence.
Students were given a guided tour of the spiritual hall, meditation rooms, and the library. The facilitators elaborated on various programs conducted at the centre, including meditation sessions, value education workshops, and reading circles. The library, equipped with a rich collection of spiritual, philosophical, and health-related texts, provided students with a glimpse into the importance of continuous self-learning.
The interaction session that followed allowed students to share their experiences and ask questions about integrating spirituality into professional and personal life.
The educational trip to Ojas Gyan Kendra cum Spiritual Centre and Library, was an enriching and enlightening experience for all participants. It provided valuable learning beyond the classroom and reinforced the importance of spiritual development in nurturing compassionate, balanced, and knowledgeable health professionals.
The college extends heartfelt gratitude to the management of Ojas Gyan Kendra for their warm hospitality and inspiring guidance, and to the faculty members who coordinated and guided the students throughout the visit.
