Farewell Party
Saying goodbye is only a comma, not a full stop because we depart to meet again and again as we go ahead in our lives. With a lot of emotions and an overwhelmed heart Shaheed Baba Deep Singh Department of Home Science organized a Farewell party for our passing out students on 28th April 2023. The event started with enlightening the lamp to invoke Maa Saraswati and then Words of Wisdom by the Head of the Department, Dr. Nishma Singh. The program was beautiful and mesmerizingly woven by the anchors. Many dance performances graced the stages. Students danced their hearts out. Singing soothing songs was also a part of this wonderful event.
Many fun-filled games were also played with the seniors and the winners were facilitated with prizes. Finally after the Catwalk, talent show, and question-answer rounds, the titles were given. Ms. Neha Chaudhary was crowned as Ms. Farewell from masters and Ms Vanshika Gulati became Ms Farewell from undergraduates. Further, Ms. Beauty was grabbed by Ms. Pranjali from BSc and Ms. Akanksha from MSc. With their striking personality, Ms. Muskan Jain and Ms. Mahak Aggarwal won the Ms. Personality title. The day was well organized by the juniors and made this day memorable for all. The program ended with the blessings of all faculty members.
