Educative And Gender Sensitization Programme
The Educative and Gender Sensitization program was organized on 23rd June 2022 at Swami Vivekanand Subharti University. The program was organized in collaboration with the Gender Sensitization Cell of Subharti University and Nine Foundation, Delhi and Gorakhpur.
Nine Foundation was started in 2018 by the founders of the organization Mr. Amar Tulsiyan and Mr. Gaurav Bathwal to create awareness about cleanliness and personal care among the youth. Sanitary napkins and sanitizers were distributed to more than 4000 girl students of Subharti University and 2000 patients on this occasion. Along with this, sanitizers and hand washes were distributed to the male students, teachers, and class four workers. A token of appreciation was issued to the foundation from the office of the Registrar, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University. On this occasion, the Principal Faculty of Nursing, Dr. Geeta Parwanda, while addressing all the beneficiaries, highlighted the importance of personal and menstrual hygiene. Shri Brijmohan, the representative of nine foundations, made a special contribution in distributing personal hygiene kits.
