The Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Faculty of Engineering & Technology, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut, organized a Guest Lecture on “Challenges & Career Opportunities in the Industry” on 06th October 2025 in the LT-009, Faculty of Engineering & Technology. The event was coordinated by Er. Ravi Agarwal, Assistant Professor, Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, SITE, SVSU-Meerut. The objective of the lecture was to enhance students’ technical understanding of the complexities involved in industries and to introduce them to innovative, sustainable solutions used in modern electrical based projects.
The Guest delivered a lecture about Challenges in today’s industry includes rapidly changing technology, the need for continuous skill development, and intense job market competition. Opportunities are emerging in areas like automation, sustainable energy, and data management, with successful professionals needing to be adaptable and proactive in their career planning.
