Assertiveness is vital for articulating your needs and advocating for your perspective in a constructive manner. Nonverbal communication means body language, facial expressions, and gestures, all of which contribute to communication. Being mindful of your own nonverbal cues and interpreting those of others can enhance your understanding of interactions in the workplace. Communication adaptability represents the ability to modify your communication style based on the audience and situation. Effectively communicating with colleagues, superiors, clients, and suppliers may necessitate different strategies.
