Successful Guest Lecture on “Manifest the Life You Dream – The Science of Manifestation”

The University Career Counselling Cell (UCCC), in collaboration with Acharya Vishnu Gupt Subharti College of Management & Commerce, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, successfully organized a highly impactful guest lecture titled “Manifest the Life You Dream – The Science of Manifestation” at the MMM Auditorium.
The programme commenced with the Inaugural Note delivered by Dr. Dolly Vaish, Organising Secretary, University Career Counselling Cell. In her address, Dr. Vaish highlighted the importance of mindset transformation in today’s competitive academic and professional environment and set the tone for an enriching session.
This was followed by the Welcome Address by Dr. Gaurab Kumar Sharma, Chairman, University Career Counselling Cell. Dr. Sharma warmly welcomed the esteemed speakers and participants, emphasizing that true success begins with internal clarity and aligned action.
The program featured two distinguished speakers:
- Keynote Address on Mindset & Empowerment was delivered by Ms. Nimisha Rohit Agarwal, B.Com (H), CA, MBA (Finance), Registered Valuer & Independent Director. She is the first female Chairperson of the ICAI Meerut Branch (2022-23) and Chairperson of CICASA, Meerut Branch (2024-25). With over 15 years of experience and having mentored more than 2,000 students, she shared inspiring insights on leadership, women empowerment, and self-belief.
- Main Session on “The Science of Manifestation” was conducted by Mr. Arvind Goyal, Chartered Accountant (All India Rank 44) and Group Chief Financial Officer, Pansari Group. A Certified Life Coach & Manifestation Mentor, Mr. Goyal has empowered over 1,000 individuals through his unique blend of financial intelligence and mindset transformation techniques.
Mr. Goyal explained manifestation as a structured process of aligning thoughts, beliefs, and actions with desired outcomes. He introduced powerful concepts such as:
- Focus + Energy = Attraction
- Clear Intention Setting & Goal Writing
- Daily Visualization (2 minutes, 3 times a day)
- The practice of Gratitude
- Power of Positive Words and elimination of Negative Self-Talk
The session witnessed enthusiastic participation of more than 220 students and 18 faculty members from diverse faculties including Engineering, Pharmacy, Management, Naturopathy, Mass Communication, Polytechnic, Physiotherapy, and Nursing.
The programme concluded with the Vote of Thanks delivered by Dr. Ruby, Member, University Career Counselling Cell. Dr. Ruby expressed gratitude to the distinguished speakers, dignitaries, faculty members, and students for making the event a grand success.
The session proved to be highly motivational, equipping participants with practical tools to manifest their academic and career goals. The University Career Counselling Cell remains committed to organizing such enriching programmes that bridge the gap between academic knowledge and personal empowerment.
