Management Fest ‘Manthan’ 2022

The Faculty of Management and Commerce (Acharya Vishnu Gupt Subharti College of Management and Commerce), Swami Vivekanand Subharti University organized Management Fest ‘Manthan’ 2022 wherein more than 200 students from different colleges in Meerut participated. As the event commenced, Prof. Dr. R. K. Ghai, Dean, Faculty of Management and Commerce, in his welcoming speech, felicitated Maj. Gen. (Dr.)  G. K. Thapliyal, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut. He emphasized the significance and contribution of the Field of Management to the progress of the country. Furthermore, he also highlighted that with events like Manthan students are provided with an opportunity to exhibit their talent. In this regard, several management-oriented activities were conducted, some of which are, Management Quiz, Ad-Mad Show, Situational Analysis, Logo Redesign, Virtual Share Trading Skits, Paper Presentation, and Extempore. The objective was to inculcate sought-after competencies like organizational skills, presentation skills, communication skills, etc required to become a proficient manager.

The participants were selected on the basis of merit by qualified and experienced judges. The ones who excelled were awarded the performance certificates. Thereafter, Maj. Gen. (Dr.) G. K. Thapliyal, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut appreciated the efforts put in by the college to orchestrate the event and expressed heartfelt gratitude to the participants. Prof. (Dr.) Shalya Raj, Chief Executive Officer, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut conveyed the road map of the university’s vision to build a strong and progressive nation by imparting quality education to the youth. The event’s success was evident from the faces of the overjoyed participants.
