The Department of Paramedical Sciences has organized a Wellness Session entitled “Mental Health & Suicide Prevention Strategies” for all Paramedical Sciences Faculty members and students on 4th April, 2023 at 10:00 AM onwards. The Respected guests Speaker Dr. Rahul Bansal, Professor, Department of Community Medicine and Dr. Seema Sharma, Clinical Psychologist have delivered very informative lectures to enhance the knowledge of students about Mental Health & Suicide Prevention Strategies. Hon. Director (General) of Paramedical Sciences D.C. Saxena Sir including faculty members of the Department Dr. Umesh Kumar (Head of the Department), Dr. Pankaj Kishor Mishra (Head of Academics), Dr. Meenakshi Mishra, Dr. Anshu Kumar Singh, , Mr. R.K Manik, Mr. Akash Kumar, Ms. Kajal Tyagi, Mrs. Hiba, Ms. Akanksha Singh, Mr. Rahul, Mr. Pushpendra, Ms. Yashika Bhardwaj, Ms. Zeba, Mr. Sobit, Mr. Vishant, Mrs. Shivani have attended the program with active participation. About 100 students from the Department of Paramedical Sciences and 12 MBBS Interns have attended the program and praised the guest speakers for giving such wonderful talks. The session was concluded by Dr. Umesh Kumar, Head of the Department by giving a vote of thanks.
