National Sports Day Report

A cycling event dedicated to raising awareness about physical fitness under G-20 was successfully held on August 29, 2023, at 8:30 AM. It was organized by Dr. Danish Nouman; Asst. Professor and Dr. Apoorva; Asst. Professor, JRPSCPT, SVSU. The event aimed to encourage individuals of all ages to embrace cycling as a means of improving their physical health.

24 participants (17 students and 07 faculty members) gathered at the starting point with excitement and enthusiasm. The event started with the ribbon unfurling by the Respected Dean & Principal. It featured various cycling routes catering to different skill levels, ensuring inclusivity. Cyclists pedaled through scenic routes across University Premisis, promoting the dual benefits of exercise and appreciation for the outdoors.

The event had a positive impact on the community, fostering a sense of unity and shared purpose. Cyclists of all ages and genders participated, showcasing the universal appeal of cycling for fitness.

Awareness on physical fitness was the central theme of the event, with participants and spectators engaging in discussions about the importance of leading an active lifestyle. Post-event activities included informative talks on nutrition and exercise, reinforcing the message of holistic well-being.

In conclusion, the cycling event held on August 29, 2023, was a resounding success in promoting physical fitness. It brought together students from diverse backgrounds to celebrate the joys of cycling while emphasizing the significance of staying active for a healthier life.

The event was successfully conducted under the supervision and guidance of Prof. (Dr) Jasmine Anandabai; Dean and Principal; JRPSCPT.
