Report on Naturopathy and Yoga Health Camp

Maharishi Aurobindo Subharti College and Hospital of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences (MASCHNYS), under Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut, successfully organized a Naturopathy and Yoga Health Camp on 24th May 2026 at Society Club Panchavati Enclave.

The camp was organized with the objective of promoting awareness about natural healing methods, healthy lifestyle practices, and the preventive benefits of yoga and naturopathy among community members.

The program was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Seema Dixit, Associate Professor, and Dr. Archana Anilkumar, Assistant Professor, along with the dedicated efforts of Junior Residents and 4th Year BNYS students of MASCHNYS.

During the camp, residents received health consultations and guidance regarding the management of common lifestyle disorders through naturopathy and yoga. Participants were educated about the importance of balanced nutrition, stress management, regular physical activity, and the incorporation of yoga into daily routines for maintaining overall health and well-being.

Demonstrations of simple yogic exercises, breathing techniques, and naturopathic therapies were also conducted to encourage healthy living practices. The participants actively engaged in the activities and showed keen interest in learning natural methods for disease prevention and health promotion.
