Navratri Puja Celebration
The Faculty of Engineering and Technology at Swami Vivekanand Subharti University organized a grand Navratri Puja on 1st October 2025. The event was attended by faculty members, students, and other university staff in large numbers.
The program began with the lighting of lamps and chanting of mantras in front of the idol of Maa Durga. The atmosphere during the puja was filled with devotion and reverence. The university community collectively prayed for the well-being, health, and prosperity of everyone.
On this occasion, Dr. Shalya Raj, CEO of the university, **blessed the students** and encouraged them to remain committed to hard work, discipline, and cultural traditions. Dr. Manoj Kapil, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, addressed the gathering and said that Navratri symbolizes strength, courage, and positive energy. Such events help instill cultural values in students and strengthen their connection with society.
Following the puja, a grand feast and prasadam distribution was organized for all attendees, where students and the entire university community participated enthusiastically. The program concluded with a collective aarti and prasadam distribution.
