ON CAMPUS RECRUITMENT DRIVE OF IMPERIAL AUTO INDUSTRIES LTD.

An On campus Recruitment drive of Imperial Auto Industries Ltd. was organized by Training and Placement Department of Subharti University on October 20th 2023.

Imperial Auto Industries Ltd. is India’s largest integrated manufacturer and assembler of Fluid Transmission Products. Today it has a global setup with over 20 facilities across India and another 3 outside India. The organization continues to grow and expand its operations continuously. The company, known for its comprehensive range of products, including flexible high-pressure assemblies, metal tubular assemblies, and low-pressure hose assemblies, visited the campus to identify and select top-tier candidates.

The campus placement session commenced with a warm welcome of the company’s HR representative by Mr. Amit Kumar Verma, the Director of the Training and Placement Department. In a symbolic gesture, a sapling was presented to the HR representative, signifying not only the growth of the recruited candidates but also the shared commitment to environmental sustainability.

Following the welcome ceremony, the company’s HR representative delivered a comprehensive Pre Placement Talk. This session offered a deep dive into the company’s core values, product portfolio, and the wide array of career opportunities it offers. The talk enabled candidates to gain valuable insights into the company’s culture, expectations, and the promising career prospects it offered.

The selection process was meticulously designed to identify the most suitable candidates for the organization. Unlike traditional written tests, this process relied solely on the Personal Interview round, highlighting the significance of interpersonal skills and alignment with the company’s values and mission.

After thorough assessment and intensive personal interviews, 16 highly qualified candidates stood out as the final selections. This process emphasized the company’s commitment to recruiting the best talent from the campus, focusing on skills, aptitude, and cultural fit. These individuals are now poised to commence their professional journeys with the fluid transmission product manufacturer, contributing to the organization’s continued success.
