The Department of Physical Education at Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut, successfully conducted a Parent–Teachers Meeting (PTM) for the MA Yoga class on 10th January 2026. The meeting was organized with the objective of strengthening coordination between parents and teachers and ensuring the holistic academic and personal development of students.
During the meeting, faculty members discussed the academic progress, attendance, discipline, and overall performance of MA Yoga students with their parents. Special emphasis was laid on the importance of regular practice, lifestyle discipline, and mental well-being, which are integral components of yoga education. Parents were informed about the curriculum structure, internal assessment system, practical training, and future academic opportunities in the field of Yoga and Wellness.
Teachers also addressed parents’ queries and shared constructive feedback, encouraging parental support in maintaining students’ motivation, consistency in practice, and healthy daily routines. The interaction created a positive and transparent environment, enabling parents to better understand the academic expectations and professional scope of the MA Yoga program.
