A workshop on “Rapid Test of Adulteration in Various Foods” was organized by the faculty and students of the Food Technology branch of Bhai Jaita Subharti Engineering College, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut on the 18th September 2021. The students were made aware of the adulterations happening in foods around us and a method of rapid test of food adulteration done at the domestic level without the use of any chemical in the process was also taught to them.
Students and faculty members of the college participated in this workshop with great enthusiasm.
The workshop was conducted under the guidance of Prof.
(Dr.) Manoj Kapil, Principal, and Dean, Faculty of Engineering and Technology along with Dr.Lalit Kumar, Hod, and Dr. Kapil Kumar, assistant professor of the Department.
