Subject: Radio-Imaging Technology Quiz Competition
Wilhelm Conrad Roentgen Radiology Club, Department of Paramedical Sciences, Subharti Medical College Swami Vivekanand Subharti University (Meerut) had organized the quiz competition on 29th September, 2023, on the topic “To Enhance Knowledge of General Radiography and Basic Physics of Medical Imaging Modalities”.
The program was inaugurated with the motivational speech of the Director (General) Dr. D.C. Saxena Sir and Head of Department, Prof. (Dr.) Pankaj Kishor Mishra. Dr. Mishra encouraged the students to study the recent advancements in the field of radio-diagnosis and explained about the importance of radiology in medical diagnosis.
The program was anchored by Ms.
Manul Tyagi.
In this competition, all the students from Radio-Imaging Technology were participated.
They were divided into five groups, whose names were Godfrey Hounsfield, Marie Curie, Raymond Damadian, MacLeod Cormack and JJ Thomson . Quiz Competition result were announced by Dr. Anshu Kumar Singh, in which students of Godfrey Hounsfield group were secured 1st position, students of Raymond Damadian group were obtained 2nd position and students of MacLeod Cormack group adjust 3rd position.
After the quiz competition, prizes and certificates geyimedicals.es were distributed and the program was concluded by Dr. Umesh Kumar by giving vote of thanks. The planning and coordination for this event was carried out by Mr. Viswanath Pratap Singh and Mr. Puspendra Kumar Rajput.
