- Total Number of participants was 26.
- Rajesh Kuamar Singh was the resource expert in Yoga and Naturopathy. Explain: The gut microbiota influences digestion, metabolism, immunity, and mental health. When its balance is disturbed, it leads to gastrointestinal, metabolic diseases. Yoga helps by reducing stress, improving the gut–brain axis, and enhancing gut motility through asanas and pranayama. Naturopathy supports microbial balance through a fiber-rich natural diet, probiotics, fasting, detox, and hydrotherapy. Together, they restore gut health, improve microbial diversity, and promote overall well-being.
