A volunteer workshop was organized on “Stress Management and Performance Enhancement” by Young Minds Association. The guest speaker of the programme was Dr. Badri Narayan P.hD (IIT Kharagpur). The Beneficiaries of the workshop were faculties and studentsof B.Sc. Nursing I Semester and II Semester, Panna DhaiMaaSubharti Nursing College.
The workshop started with welcome of the guest speaker by Prof. Anand Sam Perera followed by lamp lighting.
Welcoming address was delivered by the Asst. Lect. Ms. Gunjali.
Two sessionswere conducted in the workshop, the first session was a lecture session in which the guest speaker detailed about the Stress management and Performance Enhancement and discussed about the various stress releasing techniques, the second session of the workshop was a Skill session in which the guest speaker has demonstrated different type of Yogmudras which was followed by the students.The workshop was supervised by Associate Prof
ssor Mr. Arun U.More than 80 beneficiaries attended the workshop and learned about stress management skills.
