The Internal Subharti Idea Hackathon was organized under the aegis of the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), Swami Vivekanand Subharti University. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from 38 innovative teams of students who showcased their creativity and problem-solving skills. The hackathon was successfully conducted in collaboration with the Eklavya Club, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Subharti Research and Incubation Center, University Entrepreneurship Development Cell, and University Startup Cell.
The event commenced at 9:00 AM in the MMM Auditorium with an inspiring inaugural speech by the Honorable Vice-Chancellor of Subharti University, motivating students to pursue innovation and entrepreneurship. Following the opening address, Dr. Manoj Kapil ,Principal and Dr. Shravan Garg ,Vice Principal highlighted the importance and objectives of the hackathon.
The judging panel comprised esteemed experts—Dr. Lubhan, Dr. Amit Kishor, and Dr. Nisha Rana—who meticulously evaluated the projects presented by the participating teams.
The shortlisted teams from this hackathon will now advance to the upcoming “Smart India Hackathon 2025” to present their refined ideas and prototypes.
This event provided a valuable platform for students to transform their ideas into practical prototypes, fostering creativity and entrepreneurship within the university. It also played a significant role in encouraging innovation among the young minds of Subharti University.
