Workshop on “Step by Step Guide to Submitting a Research Paper”
A workshop on “Step by Step Guide to Submitting a Research Paper” was organized by Maharishi Aurobindo Subharti College & Hospital of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences on 30th July 2026 for postgraduate students.
The session was delivered by Dr. Shivaji Vilas Chobe, Associate Professor, who provided a comprehensive overview of the research publication process. The workshop covered the essential steps involved in preparing a quality manuscript, including selecting a research topic, conducting literature review, structuring the manuscript, referencing, avoiding plagiarism, choosing suitable journals, understanding the peer-review process, and submitting manuscripts through online journal portals.
The resource person also highlighted common mistakes made during manuscript preparation and shared practical tips to improve the chances of publication. Students actively participated in the interactive session and clarified their queries regarding journal selection, ethical considerations, and publication requirements.
The program was coordinated by Dr. Annu, Assistant Professor, MASCHNYS, who ensured the smooth conduct of the workshop and facilitated active participation from the postgraduate students.
A total of 35 postgraduate students attended the workshop and benefited from the practical guidance provided during the session.
