11 th Sardar Patel Subharti Moot Court Competition-2024
The Moot Court Association of 2023-2024 organized the 11th Sardar Patel Subharti Moot Court Competition. It was held on 04th & 06th May, 2024.This time there were two students constituting as a team. On 4th May, 2024
- Inauguration ceremony followed by Preliminary Rounds that was divided into three sessions ∙ The stage management was done by Paramjeet Singh Hudda, Student Convenor (MCA) ∙ The Judges (Alumni) for the Preliminary Rounds were.

- In the preliminary Round, 12 teams presented their arguments from the appellant side and 13 presented from respondents. For the Semi Finals, only 4 teams shortlisted out of 25 as per the rules.
The Judges for the Semi-Final Round were
- Ms. Ana Sisodia (Asst. Professor) & Mr. Arshad Alam (Asst. Professor) – ALUMNI
- Mr. Ajay Raj Singh (Asst. Professor) & Ms. Sonal Jain (Asst. Professor)
- In the Semi Final Round, 2 teams presented their arguments from the appellant side and 2 presented from respondents. For the Final Round, 2 teams qualified.
On 6th May 2024

- The Winner of the Competition are

- A team of 11 volunteers worked as Court Masters and helped throughout the Competition.

After the final rounds, the Valedictory Ceremony took place, where the finalists got certificates as an appreciation. After the Valedictory Ceremony, judges of the event guided how mooters can work better on their presentation. They shared some landmark cases that were involved in the Moot Problem.

After this, Mrs. Afreen Almas (Faculty Convenor of MCA) came for the vote of thanks & thanked all the participants, volunteers, respected judges and all faculty members for their support. At the time of Final Round and Valedictory Ceremony–the Competition and students from First and second year along with fifth year marked their presence.
