Thanksgiving is a time of togetherness and gratitude. To rewind the days of 2021, God has given us good strength and life. Panna Dhai Maa Subharti Nursing College in collaboration with the Association of Nurse Executive India – UP chapter is organising a Thanksgiving program on 23rd Dec 2021. Nursing students and staff will recite exciting carols and share their positive experiences during COVID.
Panna Dhai Maa Subharti Nursing College in collaboration with Association Nurse Executives India – UP Chapter had organized a Thanksgiving programme as a part of the Christmas celebration virtually on 23.12.2021.
The Programme was organized virtually and started at 2.30 pm. Prof. Anandh Sam Perera, Department of Medical-Surgical Nursing was the moderator of the Programme. He welcomed all the participants and shared the welcome address. The carol programme was started with a short song, “O, come all ye faithful” by the moderator, which was followed by the carol of the students of the college of nursing, Lucknow. The Students of the Panna Dhai Maa Subharti Nursing College had performed the song, “O, Holy Night”. The other participants are from JP Hospitals, Ramkrishna Mission Hospital, Vrindavan and the Students of LLRM, Meerut. Personalities from the various institutions had passed the message of Christmas and new year which included Principal UPUMS, Etwah, Sister Adline, Labor room Incharge, Pyarelal District Hospital Meerut. Finally, Dean and Principal, Faculty of Nursing, Dr. Geeta Parwanda shared the Messages of Christmas and Newyear where she insisted on the wellness of the frontline health care workers. The Faculties of Panna Dhai Maa Subharti Nursing College had performed a carol along with Jingle Bells. After the virtual carol programme came to an end, faculties of the nursing college joined together and had Christmas cake cutting by sharing the love of God. The moderator shared the vote of thanks to all the invitees and the participants to conclude the programme. The programme ended at 4 pm. After the
