Maharishi Aurobindo Subharti College and Hospital of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut, organized a seminar on the theme “World Health Day” to create awareness about health, well-being, and the importance of adopting a healthy lifestyle. The program aimed to emphasize disease prevention, hygiene, balanced nutrition, physical activity, and mental well-being among students.
The program was conducted on 07th April 2026 at LT-1, 2nd Floor, MASCHNYS.
The session began with a formal introduction highlighting the significance of health and well-being in today’s fast-paced world. The seminar focused on spreading awareness about global health issues and the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle to prevent diseases and promote overall wellness.
The resource person for the session was Dr. Seema Dixit, Associate Professor, MASCHNYS, who delivered an informative and motivating lecture. She emphasized the need for adopting healthy habits, maintaining proper hygiene, and ensuring balanced nutrition along with regular physical activity and mental awareness. The session was interactive and encouraged students to reflect on their daily habits and make positive lifestyle changes. It provided valuable insights into preventive healthcare and the importance of personal responsibility in maintaining good health.
