A Town Hall Conference in support of the Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam was organized today by the Bharatiya Janata Party (Meerut Metropolitan) at the Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Auditorium, Chaudhary Charan Singh University.
The programme was graced by the presence of the chief guest, Dr. Pratibha Shukla, Hon’ble Minister of State, Government of Uttar Pradesh. The conference was presided over by Prof. (Dr.) Shalya Raj, Chief Executive Officer of Swami Vivekanand Subharti University.
Addressing the gathering from the dais, Prof. (Dr.) Shalya Raj thanked all the public representatives and participants present at the event. In her address, she described the Act as a historic decision that provides a strong foundation for empowering the mothers, sisters, and daughters of the nation. She emphasized that respect for women and their empowerment is the true identity of a developed India.
She further called upon everyone to actively participate in the campaign to realize the vision of “Empowered Women, Empowered India” and contribute meaningfully to nation-building. Highlighting the leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister, she stated that women today are not only partners in development but are emerging as builders and leaders of a developed India.
The conference concluded with a collective appeal to support this historic initiative and actively participate in the journey toward women’s empowerment.
